Our Summer Season Pricing begins June 15th through September 30th. Summer Pricing:
$2,200/week for the Carriage House
*(price per week does NOT include the $175 cleaning/linen fee or the )
mandatory MA State and Local taxes)
In the off season from October 1st -May 31st we move to Month-to-Month pricing (prices will be prorated for stays less than 1 month) for:

Those traveling professionals that may like to work remotely for a longer period of time
-
Those traveling for contracted work (ie: traveling nurses, doctors, etc)
-
Those that may simply want to enjoy the Cape during the quieter months (Fall is historically lovely on the Cape!)

People that need a quiet space or a change of scenery for: writing, vlogging, blogging, etc (ie: writers, etc)
Off Season prices may be slightly higher during special events & Festivals (ie: Oyster Festival in October; Harwich Cranberry Festival, etc)
